Are the catalog items all that you offer?

The online catalogs only represent a sampling of the many items that we offer. We are a stocking distributor for Material Handling, Janitorial, Packaging, E.S.D Cleanroom, safety & Office Supplies. If you require anything that you don't see, please call or e-mail and we will find it for you.


How do I return something?

Unless it is a custom built Material Handling Item, we will accept any returns within 30 days without a restocking fee.
The customer will be responsible for any return freight charges if the fault lies with the buyer. If we shipped you the wrong item or if it was received damaged we will issue a " Call Tag" and incur any costs.

Does the pricing include all charges?

No, the catalog pricing only represents the unit cost of each item. Freight & taxes (where applicable) will be added to your total invoice.
Also, the catalog pricing was the latest price when the catalog was updated. If there are any changes in the pricing you will be notified prior to processing the order.

What is the lead times for catalog items?

Lead times will vary depending upon the items, however as a general rule:

-Office Supplies 2 days

-Safety items 3-5 days

-Packaging 3-5 days

-Material Handling 1-3 days

As with any of our services, if you need special shipping instructions or immediate delivery please specify or call and we will do whatever is possible to satisfy tour requirements.

Can I track an order online?

Currently we do not offer that service. Please call us and we will be glad to track your orders for you with a prompt response.

How do I set up my own catalog?

Please call us to discuss your individual catalog requirements. We would offer this service to customers who would want to order by their own part #'s, restrict what their employees could purchase, and /or many other advantageous reasons.
